Nokia 6300
Handset not working

We had purchased a hand set from wireless network Kolkatta on 18-10 bill # 838 model Nokia 6300 on 30-10 the handset hanged and stopped functioning, we deposited it with nokia care. On 10 -12. Atlast after 42 days and hectic rounds we got a new handset.

But again on 5-1 it stopped working we took it to nokia care again deposited it their vide job order # 307343506/090105/82 at C R avenue Satya telecom.

The web site still shows us that thy handset is not yet ready.
