Scratch card scheme not made available

I had purchased a Nokia Unit (Model No 6300) on 09.05.09 from Nokia Store at Nirmal Lifestyle, Mulund M/s Addon Retail Pvt Ltd vide their Invoice No MUL/721 dated 09.05.09.

The box of this handset had a sticker announcing scheme of “ Sabki Jeet Pakki” – Scratech and win exciting prizes.

However the outlet did not offer me the scratch card. I was instead given a pouch. The outlet staff told me that this is the standard prize and I will get only this and will not get the scratch card.

This is breach of trust and is indicative of a false and misleading campaign conducted by Nokia and its authorized Nokia Store at Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund.

I seek your intervention and justice in the matter
