Nokia 6300
Open of front Facia

I have purchased NOKIA 6300 Mobile set which is under warenty period. The front facia is comming out. I have sent the set to your service centre Saltlake, Sector 5, They were telling they will not replace the front facia. I have to purchase. But why? Please explain.
