Nokia 6300
Phone could't Ok despite submitting 4 times

Dear Sir,

This is inform you that I purchased nokia 6300 model on 2nd april. But I found that a Lot of problem are in this phone.just like battery backup and poor voice of ringer tone.

I submitted my phone in your service centre (Maa communication, B-36, guru nanak pura, Radhu palace road, laxmi nagar Delhi-92.) for 4 times. But the problem are same after submitting 4 times.

Dear Sir I would like to inform you that when I submitted my phone 4th time on 10th july in this centre, they called me on 20th july.

Sir I received my phone 21st july But I found that my phone was used by any vikas name person in the your service centre. There were some msgs in my phone of july 12th, 13th, 15th, and 16th. When my phone is in your centre then how it is possible that there are msgs of these dates in Phone? 4th My job sheet no.- was 144433527/090710/79.

Dear Sir Now I can't submit my phone in service centre Because I have already submitted phone for 4 times (atleast 35days). Kindly Please tell me immediatly Now what should I do?
