After purchasing the set in the year the LCD screen of the same has been changed from your authorised Nokia Care Centre, i.e. Crazy Infovision, 83, Golaghata Road, Ultadanga, V.I.P. Tower, Block - F, Kolkata - 700 048, Phone : 2534 4071 by paying Rs.1, 919.00 vide their Tax Invoice No. 2210 dated 13.12.2008 and depositing the defective LCD Screen to themselves. Now, again the same has became defective w.e.f. 29.07.2009 and now it was observed that nokia original LCD screen has not fitted at the time of cjanging (which is impossible for us to check the same), some other make has been fitted.

You are therefore requested to take immediate action for free replacement of the same.
