Battery low when phone rings

Dear sir,

I have purchased Nokia 6300, 6 months ago and its battery gets low when phone rings or some call comes to me. Also phone switches off automatically in between even when battery is full.

I have submitted my cell to Nokia service center. They kept my mobile for 10 days saying there was some major fault in the piece. There is some manufacturing defect in the cell.

When i got my cell after 10 days, same problem persists... i don't know what repair thsee peoples have done.

Pleaes can i get some help in this matter!
