Nokia/6300
New phone not working properly as they have committed features

I have purchased nokia 6300 in the month of feb Whatever they have committed about feature that was not working, in other way they have cheated me.till date i am continuously following with nokia care and local office but no response i have got till date. I have wasted my time and money for good two months. I can say only NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.Pls help me to get this resolved
