at 22 nov my job sheet no is 167434038/071122/31 i give a bettary for replacement but ican not collect bettary today care center told me your bettary can not come in parsel and i ask care center when this bettery come than he told you talk at our toll free no. i talk at this no 12 time but no responce so sir what about this issue. whithout bettary i can not use hand set since 1month os sir please hep me
