Nokia 6300
Problems after service

I gave my Nokia 6300 Handset to Nokia Customer Care at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur. There were 2 problems in the handset. It was not getting switched on and the camera was not working. When I got it back, camera was still not functional and there was a problem in display. When I mentioned this point in front of the executives there, they contradicted by saying that it is not there fault. It could have been some other cause.

Please help me by advicing me how to do dealings with the consumer forum. Should I go to that Care Center again?? Please help me.
