No response by Nokia care cente

Respected sir/madam

Most humbly and respectfully i would like to state that i bought a Nokia 6300 mobile Phone from E-mall, Boring road patna on 6th April ' 2009 and after a month it started showing some problems like it gets switched off automatically, No access to network (i tried sim cards of many companies), Hanging of cell phone etc.

I gave to nokia care center once, then too there was same problem despite their repairment.

I again sent maa mobile to Nokia through nokia acre center. Then too the problem didnt mend.

I went to care center for the third time, then there was no responce. They made me wait for hours with different excuses, then too no responses

Sir/Madam, i request you to please help me out.
