No responce by nokia care cente

Respected sir/madam

Most humbly and respectfully i would like to state that i bought a Nokia 6300 mobile Phone from E-mall, Boring road patna on 6th April ' 2009 and after a month it started showing some problems like it gets switched off automatically, No access to network (i tried sim cards of many companies), Hanging of cell phone etc.

I gave to nokia care centre, Boring canal road branch, PATNA once, then too there was same problem despite their repairment.

I again sent my mobile to Nokia through nokia care center. Then too the problem didnt mend.

I went to care centre for the third time, then there was no response. They made me wait for hours with different excuses, then too no responses

Sir/Madam, i request you to please help me out.
