Nokia 6300
Not given good replaced Cell

I have purchased new NOKIA 6300 model on dated 24/10/007.

I have used this cell in only one month then it show following Problems

1) Vibrating not working

2) battery discharge

3) Hanginning problem.

Then I send this Cell to repair in NOKIA center from Muland in MUMBAI.(ph no:-32298856)

They repair this cell & Give me back. After some day same problem occurs.

Then I have again give for repair on dated 16/02/08, this time they send to their main center.

This center give me replaced cell, but this cell is used & not in good condition. I have purchased RED color & they give me BLACK color.

So can I complete in consumer court. Give me advice
