SIM Registration Failed

I have purchased your SIM Card no.8991900711097401348 with MSISDN no.9890304449 on 28th FEB &activated under Life Time Plan of Rs.195/-.Yeasterday when I inserted the SIM in my mobile I recieved message SIM registration failed. When I had acivated the SIM on 28thFEB'08, I recieved service message that my SIM has been activated with balance of Rs.10/-(Rs. Ten only.)Talk Time. So, please look in to the problem &arrange to Reactivate the SIM.Matter most URGENT.
