Nokia 6300
NoIncomingaudio and no outgoing audio

Dear Sir,

I have shocked to bring your notice that i have purchased one nokia 6300 handset on June. ESN/IMEI No. is 356261015697350.From last january the set is giving some audio problem. After a certain period of one/oneand half months its speaker (audio system) is going out of order. Three times I have given it to Nokia customer care. job sheet numbers were 388434038/080124/2, 388434038/080212.

Again the set is out of order and again I have given it to nokia care for the same problem, Job sheet no.is 388434038/080505/14

Since I have purchased the phone at a very high price I expect full value of my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest and also ensure that such problems do not occur in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted. Also its warranty period will expire on June-08 and it is not possible to repair every month by giving money from my pocket,
