Nokia-6300
45 days go but not recived handset

Dear sir,

I had purchased Nokia-6300 on 4-march from Banglore than after few day my hand set is not working properly & phone was hang up agine &agine i summited my phone on 23-may in Bhora communication in Ahmedabad they are authorized for nokia care center thay give me reply we will contact u in evening the phone came to me the phone ur phone is not working we will send to our HO & phone will come after 15 days, after 15 days i was visited to nokia care phone is coming but problem is as it is.they replied we will send to HO second time come after 15 day than i mail to nokia.call to toll free no.but no one give me satisfied answer at last i talk to Mr. Amit poriya who looking all gujarat

after sales & service Mr Amit promise me i will give new handset but wait for one week but after one week on one give me reply i call to Me Amint heis not pick up my call?

i dont know what to do?
