Dissatisfaction from service (mental Harrasment)

Dear Sir,

i had given my nokia handset for repair to Nokia Care Gulati communications gole market connaught place new delhi on 28'th june. They had given me target delivery date 11 july. But when i visited their office on 11 they told me that it can take 12- 15 days more. They failed to tell me right reason and also they don't know theirself the delivery date. they are only making appoximations. they usually do this with all customers. I am feeling mental harrasment. plz help me.
