Nokia 6300
Handset not repair with last one month

Dear Sir,

I submit my handset at Nokia HCL care center Sec. - 2 Noida U.P. on 23.08.08 (job sheet no. 107606). this problem was continue at the time of delevery. Again this phone submitted at the same time against job sheet no. 1200239987 on 29.08.08.

they commit to deliver this phone on 01/09/08. But still not repair. We go their 5 times according to their commitment but they always give us next commitment.

We are very trouble with this poor service responce of Nokia.

Hope you will do the needful immediately for customer
