The Phone is overheat while talking

I have purchased One Nokia 6300 from AISWARYA COMMUNICATIONS, Mulamoottil Buildings, Nadaccavu, Mavelikkara, Alappuzha-690101 as per Bill No.5696 dated.16.05.08. The IMEI NO: 354189021670487. While talking, the phone getting overheat at the EARPIECE so it is very horrible to me to make even a phone call for just 3 minutes. I request that my complaint may be viewed seriously and make necessary actions to replace or further proceedings.
