Unhappy Service

Dear Nokia,

I bought Nokia 6300 silver on 5th Aug with IMEI : 355714022620774. On 8th Sep 2008 the FM Radio suddenly stopped working, rest everything was fine. I gave it to Nokia Care at O-9, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on Sep 15th 2008 and got the Job Sheet No.500434038/080915/55. It has been over a month now and my problem has not been resolved yet and getting a solo response that it will take time.
