Replacement of Nokia 6300

Respected Sir,

We have purchased 6300 on 1/1. It has created memory problem at three times & for 3 times it is submitted to nokia care centre Pune-Satara Road Swargate Pune Maharashtra ASC No. 766-50486. After third time care centre shown us black coloured handset & told me that defective part of your handset is replaced. But my handset colour was choco. That means they are cheating me. On second day they told me that company has replaced you with black coloured handset. I denied to accept it, since that handset was unsealed and black coloured where my handset was Choco coloured. I told them to return me my original handset but they told me your handset is already sent to company. As per my knowledge handset replacement should be done by company in sealed pack

without accessories. Therefore you are requested to solve all above problems as early as possible.
