Sir,

I have gone to your customar care, kharagpur to activate gprs on my cell phone on 09.10. and they advise me to go their administrative office at inda, kharagpur.

In the administrative office, Inda, Kharagpur the staff of mobile section help me and take my cell phone and thereafter my sim card is not working, indicating no signal or registration failed.

I met D.E., for neceessary help but till now (near about 24 hours) my phone/sim is not working,

The customar care, calcutta is aslo not received any phone.

You are requested to activate the sim card and as well as the gprs activity.
