Memory card data vanishing

I had bought the set around 4 months back.., and right from d first day its memory card was not showing up in the phone..then after few days it totally disappeared... i have shown the set at your centre twice..they kept it for around one month with dem..but the complaint is still there..phone gets hanged also..as i have a very busy schedule., i dont get much time to visit your centres again and again... moreover it becomes difficult for me to manage without my phone for so long..i suppose my handset shuld be replaced as it has not worked properly even for a day... i request you to please reply me at the earliest possible..
