Damaged piece sold by nokia priority deale

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my plea against one of your priority dealer in the name of "anjushi computer incorporates, 201, 202, lekhraj II, indira nagar lucknow-226016."

i bought model 6500 vide invoice no. 15330 bill amounting to Rs. 13120/-

this set was a defective piece from the day one i bought.

i brought this in to the notice of above mention dealer many a times, however they showed their least interest to get this problem rectified.

may i also put this that they have been selling such defective pieces from long time which i came to knew when i suffered the same problem.
