Software complaint

I brought my mobile just 3 months back and it is frequently getting hung. I gave it to the service centre for the first time, they said its software complaint and it will be fine after reloading the software. After that, the problem only worsened. The frequency of hang ups started to increase and every time i have to take out the battery. Again I took it to the service centre. They are giving some lame excuses like its virus from my songs. I know for sure that I am taking the songs from reliable sources. Still I accepted what they said. After that i stopped taking any files to my mobile. Even the ring tones I am using is the Nokia tunes. Again its hanging, Now what am I to do? Till the end of my warranty period the Service Centre people will give me excuses like this, and after that, they can start charging thir huge bills on me. I only get off days once in 2 weeks and seems that i have to spent my off days in the Service Centre just because I was stupid enough to buy Nokia Product. Please do something to help.
