Nokia 6500
Software Problem

I have recently purchased a Nokia 6500 and have found several faults.

1) the phone just reboots itself when it pleases whether you are talking to someone or not

2) I am also getting problem while accessing Internet from this cell.

3) There is software problem in this set many times in dialled numbers you will not find any number, all the phone settings changed (Wallpaper, Ringtone, Screen saver) changed to the default setting of the phone automatically.

4) Cell is under waranty period even then Nokia Service Center is charging to upgrade the software.
