Sir,

Under Complaint Number 2_3E61V1 I would like to draw your attention that it is upto 2 months i.e. 3 september; I have given my mobile model no 6500c for repairing but yet no response from your side. For more details the option number is 494434038/080903/13 . Now I want that kindly give me the new handset of that model (if not available then give me the handset of another model whose price range is same that of it) otherwise return me the cash of that model. If there will be no any response from your side then you will have to legal action.
