Hanging Problem

My Cell phone Model :-Nokia 6500-C is getting hanged whenever i try to use Memory Card, i have already made complaint to my Dealer Ajay Electronics from which i have purchased on 01 January Bill No:-2409. My complaint is still pending on his desk since from last 45 days and no action has being taken on this complaint. Handset is already surrender at his desk at the time of complaint.
