Very poor connectivity at home

I am unable to ue my cell phone for any calls from my residence. MY cell number is 9820064925. Address: Andora apts, 1st floor, 10 saint dominics road, bandra west-50.

I have registered a complaint at the vodafone centre on hill road bandra west opposite the bandra police sation on 2nd April. My sim card was changed, but the problem of connectivity at home is not resolved. In the past i have never faced this problem from the house..

Urgently request ypu to have send one of your personel to check out the problem at my residence.
