Nokia/ 6500C
Company unable provide service

I deposited my nokia 6500C (The IMEI no is 357683012622983with nokia care at Howrah on 7th September for service as the caller cannot hear my voice. After delaying for one month they expressed their incapabilty to repair the phone due to non-availabilty of spares. Thecompany also expresses their inabilty as they have production of 6500C. I was stunned to believe that a company of their repute expresses such silly excuses and take consumer for granted in India. As far as I know that companies under EU agreement should provide back-up services for 12 years even their obsolete their products.

Please help me to get the phone repaired by the company.
