Give for upgerad but damage mobil

I d r shah my mobil 6500classic iemi no 357683012802932 i give my mobil on 24/6/08 for upgread which is doen by computer but they take 15 days and give my 7/7/08 on that time mobil was damage on upper laft and right side the delear take back and tell cam after two days but after 3/4 days they tell parts are not avalble in companey now its after 10 days 17/7/08 the companey help line said you get 25/7/08. it is possible in mumbai (india) they have no parts in cpmpaney which have market 62% in india. but thare are no higher boss or executive so we can complane so what can we do?
