Eplacement of headset

I had a problem with my head set i am using 6500 and i bought an separate head set from nokia show room a boom head set HS 81 and after few months i had problem i was not able to hear music in that phone so i gave it to the customer care in purasaivakkam chennai and they told they would replace it back and they asked me to come after 15 days i went to collect the head set and they told me that the Nokia has not given you HS 81 but they have given you HS 82 i told them HS 81 is costlyier so i asked them to replace it and you are only giving me the same HS 82 which is not even fiting in my head set slot. so please replace my HS 81 back its been since 2 months i am not able to get my head set back so please fix my problem.
