NOKIA 6500s-1
INSTRUMENT NOT WORKING

I have purchased a nokia mobile phone model 6500s-1 on 02 april (with bill) from M/S paragon dealer at udaipur. Recently my handset stopped working properly. Then I went to Rama nokia care. They prepared the job sheet and at the end of the day when I collected my handset back it wasn't working properly. They asked me to contact at M.S. Maroo nokia care. They also kept my handset for 1 day and said that there is some hardware problem. Both the nokia care centres identified different problems. And still my handset is not being repaired. I am suffering from great problem. Since I am a marketing executive, my business is suffering a great deal. kindly replace my handset. Since last 10 years I and my family members have been using Nokia phones only. I am very much disturbed by the services of your service centres. Kindly help and solve my problem immediately as I am loosing my business.
