Nokia/6500S
Problem started within a month

Chennai.

Purchased on 24-09-08, started problem on 28-10-08, given for repair at Nokia service centre on 30-10-08 (Job sheet 4832). It was told that the board of the cell is bent. On 3-11-08, cell was given back, after software upgradation. Within a week, again problem, given for repair again (job sheet No. 089434038/081112/22), narrated the same story and this time out of warranty. The possible reason for bending the board is dropping of the cell as told. I asked, how it is possible to bend a sealed board without damaging the outer body. For damaging the board required heavy impact, which definaitly broken the body. There is no marks of dropping on the cell. I taken the photographs of the cell and challenge to send the cell to Forensic labs to confirm the drop. Mailed to Nokia company but they standby the assessment made by their engineers at care centre. But they are not replying my question of simple science.
