Defective Product

Hello

I bought a Nokia 6500s handset on 13 feb. Within 5 days of using my handset started giving me problems like hanging, wallpaper goes blank and ringtone changes to default Nokia tune. I went to their Nokia Care in chandigarh and discussed the problem & submitted the phone but was not repaired then i gave there for 3 times but of no use then i shifted to Noida there also i submitted my phone with same problem and two and a half n=months passed but still facing same problem and then also no solution. I requested for the replacement but they said its not on our part you talk to customer care. They also said its not on there part i dont know what to do. Please help me to find a solution rather replacement.
