Not covering warranty for reparing

Hi, I am Ashish Agarwal, purchased mobile Nokia 6500s, last year on 29 october but now its software is corrupted, when i went to Nokia Care centre at Noida Sector 3, they deny to resolve the problem says we can not recover it. as their is damage, inside but i didnt show my mobile any where else before that this ismy forst time problem when i face

The senir person Neha sits their has no manner that how to speak to customer, she speaks in rude manner says " Jaha sahi hota hai karao lo, hum to sahi nahi kar sakte "

How the nokia is apponting the employees, its too much
