Eplacementof the hand set

It is to draw your attaintion that I have purchase a hand set of model nokia 6500s and with in a month the phone have started having problem that is hanging, software problem and it is taking to much time, I have gone to your nokia care centre to sort out the problem but itis almost one month and till date no information regarding the matter, I have loose faith on the said handset, as i have purchase it with my dear money. So I wanted the hand set to be replaced the with a new one, I hope such problems shall not happen in future as we may lost the confidence on you conpany, i am attaching the job sheet no and date of complain, date of complai 2july job sheet no 282343506/080702/32. hope you will take appropiate action regarding the matter.
