Key pad is not working at all

Dear sir,

regarding the abv subject i have just gone thr wth complaint to ur nokia care--and they have rectified and given back to me by charging 800/- although im facing the same complaint occurs to my set--i have returned back to thmn--now they r saying tht u have to send to the nokia company itself to get replaced and with charges, they will put tht much u have bear--

in accoradance, it is still under warranty--thn also they say u have bear charges and send it to company itself--

i have given ths set nokia care&main branch tilakwadi (belgaum-karnataka)

i dont have any other option to have another mobile n im working in mnc in marketing&

plz get rid of the same imm, and replace the same hand set at the earliest&
