Nokia 6500 Slide
Not giving warranty of 1 yea

Sir,

I purchased Nokia 6500 Slide phone (IMEI - 353547025083661) on 13/11/08 from Mobile Store and I have a proper receipt of it. And on 21/08/09 there came some problem with my set. I went to the Nokia Care and they told me that the warranty has expired on 30/6/09. Now they, even after looking at the bill are not giving me the warranty. They even could not repair my set fully even after charging me Rs 500.

And now there is some problem with my keypad and they are saying that too much work has been done on the board so it is very difficult to repair it and they now they have sent it to Delhi for repairing in no warranty condition and asked me to wait for 15 days.

So now what should I do.
