Not reading memory card

HI

I have purchased the cell on dated 22/06/08 from Meerut, only one month later there was an problem in display then i gave the cell to nokia care (Meeut center), i received the cell bck after 21 days that problem was rectified but now the problem observed was that it was not reading memory card again i submitted the set to Nokia care for repairing and gave the target date of 05/09/08 but i have still not received the same, i have submitted the the set at TUDOR, 82 begum bridge crossing, Meeut (Autherised nokia care center) and the job sheet number is 036343506/080905/59, if i doesnt get my repaired cell phone within 2 days, then i have to go to the consumer court and news channels for the resolution
