Hi Sir,
I bought a Nokie 6650 Slide model from Global Access, Cambrige Layout, Bangalore on 28th of June. After 2 days I realised that there is some problem with the voice/ speaker quality in the mobile. I tried with different people and freinds to confirm whether the mobile has really some problem. They also complained about the same thing. The voice quality was not clear and it was irritating to ears.
On 1st of july I went to the shop and asked him to replace the phone. Initially the salesman didnt accept that there is some problem. Then after he tried with 2 3 other mobile, accepted that there is a problem and asked me to come with the bill.
On 2nd july I went with the phone and bill. The salesman open a new box without showing me the seal. Then I tried the phone and I found this one is worse than the 1st one. The voice quality was the same and top of that the panel was loose. But the salesman didnt agree and said either you take this or go to the service center. I didnt have any other option but to go to the service center.
When I showed my phone in the service center, they said we can not do anything, you please go to the shop and ask him to replace. I said the shop guys asked me to come to the service center. Somehow the service center guy wrote the complain, but his behaviour was not good. He was not willing to write all the complains and started arguing that why didnt you tell me before that you have so many complains with the phone. I told him that I am telling you from the beginning that there are 2 3 problems with the phone, but you dont want to listen me.
After all the arguments he said I am not taking your complain and when I requested another lady, she took the complain. Now I have to wait for 12 days to get my mobile back.
Can you please suggest what should I do now. I am completely fed up with both the product and the service center along with the dealer global access.
