Phone lying in nokia service center from past 20days

I gave my phone for repairing which was related to joystick and a minor software problem as it was told in service center.i submitted my complaint in nokia site last week.but i didnt receive any conformations about my complaint.

On 04.03.08 i gave my phone for a repair.my ESN/IMEI number:353766000082908 and my service job sheet number is 140434038/080304/3. i request you to help me regarding this problem since they have taken an enough time of 20 days.
