Nokia care is not able to repair mobile

Respected/sir,

I have nokia 6600 phone. i purchased 2 years ago. under one year 2 to 3 times software problem was exited. Now also software was crrupted as said my your represtative. And they are not able to repair it.

so, I hope you will do somethingh.
