Defective Battery

I am Nokia handset user since last 5 years. I have handset 6600 which having battery having BL 5-C code. But this battery blotted up and become deshape.By this reason the body pf the handset is also damage. So now what to do? I have complaind for the same before 3 days but there is no reply from your side. So please answer for this as earliest will be highly appritiated.
