Nokia 6630
Full GPRS activated but setting awaited

I have a postpaid connection # 9431225626.

Full GPRS was activated in the third week of dec but inspite of about 10 calls and assurance the setting has been received though I have been billed and paid for the services.

I would like to add that from GAYA in BIHAR it is a herculean task to get connected to the customer care number and each time one has to wait for several minutes before getting someone to attend. Promsises are made but settings never arrive. Feeling frustrated. I donot want to seek redressal at the consumer forum. Please help.
