Harassment by nokia care Amritsa

Hi,

I purchased a mobile handset nokia model 6681 on 15/01 in cash rs.11, 700/-

vide bill no 3403 from amritsar dealer.after 3 months hand set having some defect .ie its not covering the network and cell was not making calls, complainant lodged that on 15/4.then nokia care returned the set by saying ok but the defect was not removed and then i again handed over my set to nokia care and also approached the head office with the request either to replace the set with new one or to refund the amount spent by him on purchasing the mobile .but nothing is done by nokia care Amritsar. At last i decide to take the help from consumer coat but he again give that decision to repair the hand set and refund 1000rs only .but my hand set problem is not solved and i again returned the set to nokia care, till date they not solve my problem and my hand set is still there, MY job sheet number is ;06734506/080429/18. Please solve my this problem of harassment, by refund my money or replace me new a hand set of same amount. otherwise I again clamed it to high court...
