Egarding replacement

I have purchased my nokia phone on 19 aug from nokia priority vikas marg, nw with in one month my ph is getting off automaticallly, baterry not getting charged, i have submitted my phone in nokia care on 17 sep 2009.jobsheet number is147433527/090919/9 .i m really disappointed its been 12 days, there is no information my phone, wheather getting replaced or repaired. as i m docter, all contact number have been gonee, my work is suffering a lot.i personaaly adviced not to buy nokia phone if u don, t want to get in trouble.i m from dehradun jus, staying in delhi because of my phone. i have taken 20 days leave from my hospital ..hoping for a speedy responce, i don;t feel nw nokia is a reliable company
