Outgoin problem with Airtel network

Dear sir/mam

I am using Nokia6780 with idea network from past one year and everythin is workin fine, but recently when i changed my network from idea to airtel outgoing is not there. I mean i am not able to make calls from my mobile.but i am able to receive calls and even i am able to receive and send sms. The only problem is i am not able to make callsIi am gettin reply"call disconnected".

so fianlly my cell is workin fine with idea and vodafone networks, but the problem is with airtel and cellone networks.

I approached Nokia care but the reply is not satisfactory .so please reply me regarding the issue. Even the problem is very surprising and is lookin silly for me.pls look into the issue as soon as possible.
