NOKIA 7210
Charger gone faulty

We are not getting proper service in palanpur (Gujarat from Nokia care.

I have purchased NOKIA mobile 7210 on dated 12/03/09 from Ambika mobile world 64, old market yard Palanpur vide bill no 13152/ 09 costing Rs. 5250/-

Within week charger has gone faulty for which I visited NOKIA care situated at City Light complex Palanpur on dated 26/03/09 with a bill & charger. But they are not inturested to listeaning the customer & simply answered to come with mobile instrument and at our time when we call.

They were not ready to deposite the faulty charger to avoide communication with company.
