Network problem

Sir,

I have given my 7210 nokia handset to ur customer care S S Electronics M.G.Road, Secunderabad for Network problem my job sheet no 298465550/090820/130 on 20th August'09 till now there is no information in this regard simply they are postponing days. Please give me proper details of my mobile. Being a leading mobile company this is not the way to behave with the customers in such case you have to provide stand by instrument as iam loosing my day to day business. so kindly look in to the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
