Unsatisfactory service at ur service centre

Dear Sir,

This is to draw ur attentikon to the matter that ur authorised service centre at Anand (Gujarat) is not providing satisfactory service to the customer.

I have nakia cell phone (Nokia 7210) which faces some network problems since 15 days. When approaches the above stated service centre, ur representative Mr Javed couldnot give satisfactory reply. Even approached for many times my complaints have not been taken care of.

Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful,
